Sad to say (and my ex has my only copy) that Marc wrote a book (with talking CD) of poetry based on the death of NYC nightlife and sleaze..."The End of New York".
You can purchase it on ebay as it is out of print. -

The End of NY pops up often in the used stores. Amoeba, SF in particular. -

I bought my copy of Tainted Life on Overstock.com for 12 bucks...unfortunately they sold out, but they occasionally restock items. There is another bio out there entitled Gutterheart which I ordered on Amazon with the Pleasure Palace, but alas, I think they may never arrive. Maybe I'll resort to buying it directly from his site as suggested.
